The Blodgett Company is an  established specialty manufacturer with a proven record for quality and reliability. Blodgett has been engaged in the design and manufacture of scales, packaging machinery, and the associated control systems since 1959. Blodgett supplied all the scales used by Mira-Pak,Inc.for their line of form, fill, & seal machines. Blodgett has manufactured and sold hundreds of its own Weight Miser systems, and has designed and fabricated custom weighing equipment for many firms world-wide, including General Mills, Kellogg, and Riviana Foods.

Blodgett weighing systems are designed to be simple, reliable, and repeatable. Weighing systems are based on a novel scale design introduced by Blodgett in the mid-1950's and continuously refined over the years. Among the refinements are a patented system which improves weighing accuracy through mechanical cancellation of vibration. Blodgett has manufactured and sold thousands of scales based on this proven design.
